Disneyland searched North America wide for the technical expertise to produce life-sized Snow Globes for their Parade Floats to be used daily at Disneyland, CA and Disney World, FL. The fabricators at Archer Plastics designed a manufacturing process for producing large acrylic spheres. In this case up to 8 1/2 foot diameter spheres, as well as a number of smaller spheres, cylinders, funnels, cones which were assembled to create magnificent castles complete with towering turrets, glistening in gold; all with the aim of enhancing the experience of the families visiting their parks.
